- The town wore a holiday appearance yesterday. In the morning the brass band went to the depot and escorted the Ogden cricket club, who played a friendly game of cricket with the Kaysville eleven, to the square. Wickets were pitched about 11 o’clock. The game resulted in a great victory for the Ogdens. The Kaysville boys have not been organized only a few weeks. This being considered the boys certainly equipped themselves admirably. A game of baseball was also played with the Kaysville Juveniles, and a juvenile club from Farmington. The score showed the Farmington kids to be the victors. The kids got beat all round yesterday, but it is needless to say they had as much fun as the more fortunate. K. Kaysville, May 31tt.
