Artifact Cataloging is Underway

KFH Museum Hires Intern for Collection Cataloging Project

The Kaysville Fruit Heights Museum of History and Art is pleased to announce the addition of summer Intern Claire.  Claire is a Weber State University arts history student and she will be scanning and cataloging photographs from the J. Forest Barker, Alice Rampton, and Carrie and Carl Butcher collections, and assisting with the art exhibit announced in May.

Further collection cataloging news will be forthcoming after RAMP funding announcements expected in June 2023.  More to follow as information becomes available.

Is Seeking Your Help

It is what it IS… but it will BE what YOU make it. Your help is needed. Do you have photographs that represent Kaysville and Fruit Heights history? Visit our Donate Artifact page and let us know what you have. Remember, if you are an adult, your past is now history.

Web positions are now open. If you are interested in volunteering time to assist the museum as a webmaster – great for resume building – or or content editor, email your query to ourkaysvillestory@gmail.com.

What does your artistic eye capture?
Your photograph of local images could be featured here.
Find a scene that represents our local landscape and snap a picture. Send it to the museum at ourkaysvillestory@gmail.com for consideration.
