Collection Cataloging Underway
Kaysville City Passes RAMP Allocation
The Kaysville Fruit Heights Museum of History and Art is pleased to announce the Kaysville City Council awarded RAMP funds in June supporting our project to provide online public access to the museum’s collection. A catalog of photograph collections previously donated will be the first phase of the project. A summer intern has been hired to scan and input data for photographs from the J. Forest Barker, Alice Rampton, and Carrie and Carl Butcher collections. When funds are available later this summer, the photo collections will be online and available to the public. Watch for future announcements about our online catalog opening date.
What is RAMP? It’s an acronym for Recreation, Arts, Museum and Park facilities.
It’s funds collected by a city dedicated to funding recreation, arts, museum, and parks improvements, facilities and organizations within the city.
